Put in a model number. TechLink only shows a value if it can point to the page in that exact model's own manual where it's printed.

If it can't prove it, the box stays empty and it tells you why. If two editions of a manual disagree, it tells you to read the nameplate.

No answer is better than the wrong manual.

General HVAC guidance is kept separate and labelled as not from the unit's own documents.

Where it stands: in development. It covers a limited set of models so far, and it hasn't been used on a real service call yet.
